Chicken Pot Pie

Hello!

There was more cutting of hay today! Also I wrote a little more on one of the two books that I began this year. That's fun! :-D

Here is a great verse:

We had a wonderful supper tonight! Here's the recipe! ;-)

Chicken Pot Pie

FILLINGS
1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
Salt & pepper, to taste
Mixed vegetables

CRUST:
1 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup melted butter

Boil and debone chicken. Place chuncks of chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Mix chicken broth and soup and pour over chicken. Add vegetables.
CRUST: Mix ingredients. Pour this mixture and spread across top. Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hour, or until crust forms on the top and is golden brown.
VARIATION: Use 1 to 2 cans Veg-All or frozen mixed vegetables or anything of your choice.
